Pólipos vesiculares

* Extended cholecystectomy: includes lymph node dissection and partial hepatic resection in the gallbladder bed.
¶ Symptoms: Biliary type pain, common duct obstruction, cholangitis, or recurrent pancreatitis. Dyspepsia is not an indication for surgery.

GES: colecistectomía a pólipos >1cm
